Purpose

When the quality management department of a company is ready to develop  their own HACCP system, they need to acquire the knowledge to set up a HACCP system and they need to get the tools for making a risk analysis. 

End State

For their production plant it’s necessary to analyze their processes. This program teaches quality managers and production managers how  to do this step by step!
