As a manager of a team of company doctors, psychologists, SHE specialists and assistances at KLM Health Services, Marike was responsible for:
- Yearly Service Level Agreements concerning sick leave management and SHE advice at KLM Ground Services and KLM Commercial Organization
- Monthly Management reports
- Advice concerning design and building the new baggage handling system for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in order to
keep pace with expected future growth in passenger numbers. Using state-of
the-art techniques and robot handling software, the new system will track
and control each bag throughout the transportation system and heavy
physical working condition will be reduced.
