Strategic and operational marketing training

Purpose

 

Main purpose is to equip managers with the right skills and tools in order to develop their own market strategy. Once they have decided on their own strategy, they could establish productive operational processes based on that new strategy.

 

End State

 

The outcome of the successful implementation of this training and study excursions is that participant managers will gain:

 

·       Understanding of your current ‘business markets’: extern meso (meta) en macro-environment;

·       Insight in trends concerning your business;

·       A clear vision of important ‘compettitors’ in Europe and beyond;

·       Insight in possible business strategies for Asian enterprises: ‘intern’ environment of own enterprise;

·       Insight in the consequences of a specific business strategy;

·       Competences to develop an own business strategy and (global) marketing strategy in order to take purposeful operational actions to implement chosen strategy. Your participating managers will become more experienced in designing, production and marketing of their (branded) products in China and abroad.

·       Possession of a practical tool-box with possible business strategies including an assignment to improve one’s current business strategy.
